The Graham Group is a developer of Healthcare and Commercial real estate that was established in 1946 and built its first MOB in 1980. The Graham Group chose Fairfield Advisors to market for sale the real estate of the portfolio of 10 Medical Office Buildings that were located in various locations throughout the U.S. The anchor tenants in all of the MOBs were the leading  hospital and health systems in the area including Methodist Unity Point, Trinity Health, Tenet Health, and the University of Iowa Health. All of the MOBs were an integral part of the hospital’s delivery of care and service to their communities.
